“Ghazaryan & Partners” Law office was founded in 2016 by a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates, Advocate Tigran Ghazaryan. The office is a member of a large family of “GP”, which also includes GPnews.am Legal media, and “Tracing Justice” Public Organization. The office is located in Yerevan at Proshyan 2/1 street, it also has a branch in Artashat.

The office came up with innovative ideas and various programs. For example, team members conducted training in high schools on labor and family rights within the “Informed citizen” program, aimed at raising the legal awareness of adolescents.

“Ghazaryan & Partners” Law office has established cooperation with various organizations outside the RA, including “Youth for human rights” Los Angeles world-famous public organization. The sphere of activity of the office are Civil, Criminal, Administrative rights, which are branched into Insurance ,Contract, Family, Labor, Road traffic ,Debt collection and other spheres.

The service provides operative response, effective advocacy service, legal assistance on the spot, and has access to 24 hour legal services. After registering the call from the citizen, the relevant lawyer ,who is closer to the indicated address, hurries to the crime scene to provide legal assistance. Before the lawyer reaches the crime scene, the office staff give advice and relevant instructions
to a person who is a friend or relative of the citizen with a legal problem by phone.

The office has a separate department, which deals with debt collections. The separation of the department was conditioned by the increase of the debt collection process and increase of its capacity to the office. The department is specialized in the debt collection sphere, which includes issues of subrogation within insurance law, cooperation with Condominiums and debt collection of residents, as well as legal assistance to citizens in the debt collection process.

The process of debt collection is mainly carried out in the civil legal sphere. There can be a criminal intervention, when the fraud crime is the basis for not returning the money.

Since its foundation “Ghazaryan & Partners” Law office has focused on involving young staff. Almost 4 years have passed since its foundation, during which the office has achieved great successes in recognizing the innocence of many convicts within the “Innocent Culprit” program and compensating them through civil lawsuits, terminating criminal proceedings of justifiable grounds and terminating criminal prosecutions. Besides, the Court of Cassation has accepted and satisfied a number of objections of the office, and decisions of applications to the Court of Cassation , as well as on raised issues made by the CC, were important for the development of Law enforcement practice. It is remarkable that the office has registered only victories in labor disputes.
